Leading an auction engineering team

As a staff engineer and technical lead at Magnite, I led and managed a team working on auction logic and data-science algorithms in a performance-sensitive C++ system.

I worked with product on requirements, planned implementation with the team, and assigned technical ownership. My hands-on work included migrating the compiler from Clang to GCC and improving build, development, and QA environments.
